Presently there seems only room for the big players like Google, offering trust to consumers and easily licensed to the major operators like T-Mobile and Vodafone and Yahoo to Nokia. There is potential for white label operators like Jumptap, Medio and others who claim to offer better rev share models and more flexible features.
