Trio conduct technical trials

Three big Asia Networks, Qualcom, Maxis Communications Berhad and Astro, came together for an agreement to conduct a technical trial of QUALCOMM’s MediaFLO technology in Malaysia. They offer 25 live content channels provided by ASTRO delivered in an 8 MHz UHF channel and they begin in autumn 2007.  It also will include a short-format video content that can be stored on a mobile device for future viewing, Clipcasting media.
