Apple has already sold one million iPhone 3G

A bit more than two months after the its launch, the iPhone is going to be a real success. In a short statement Apple CEO Steve Jobs said “iPhone 3G had a stunning opening weekend. It took 74 days to sell the first on million original iPhones, so the new iPhone 3G is clearly off to a freat start around the world.”

iPhone 3G is now available in 21 countries: Australia, Austria Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK and USA.
